The Regency period in 1835 saw a decline in conservative styles and wanting more curves in their furniture. From 1850 onwards the furniture showed curves with reasonably low prices. But generally the standards were low. William Morris countered that led to superior hand made furniture. His thoughts initiated the Arts and Crafts Movement, which eventually came across the Art Nouveau movement. It is at this stage cane furniture appeared in scatters. Until now, the styles and application for England Cane Furniture varies. Its combination can also suit that of the Victorian times.
